  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter (for toasting breadcrumbs)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an oven-safe baking dish.
  2. Rinse and dry the Brussels sprouts, then halve them.
  3. In a bowl, mix cheddar, mozzarella, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
