- 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until fluffy. Stir in sour cream until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Sprinkle in cinnamon and blend until incorporated.
- Gently fold in diced apples. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool completely before drizzling caramel sauce on top. Chill in the fridge for at least four hours before serving.
