- 3 large eggs

- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Beat cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth; gradually add sugar. Mix in eggs one at a time until fluffy.
- Fold in diced apples and cinnamon into the cheesecake mixture.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes or until slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool completely; drizzle with caramel sauce before chilling in the fridge for at least two hours before slicing.
