  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers or spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and no longer pink.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Tear biscuit dough into pieces and fold into the egg mixture along with half of the cheese.
