  • 8 slices thick brioche bread
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and maple syrup until frothy.
  3. Layer half of the brioche slices in the baking dish; pour half of the custard mixture over them.

  6. Uncover and bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
