  • 4 skin-on, bone-in chicken legs
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp fresh or dried thyme (or rosemary)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a large baking dish.
