  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well. Incorporate sour cream, eggs (one at a time), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until combined.
  3. Gently fold in sliced apples into the cheesecake mixture without overmixing.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan and bake for 50–60 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
  5. Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight. Drizzle with salted caramel before serving.
