- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail without cutting through the meat. Gently pull apart the shell and lift the lobster meat above it.
- In a small bowl, melt butter and mix in minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush half of the butter mixture over each lobster tail.
- Place the tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes until opaque and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 140°F/60°C).
- Drizzle remaining butter mixture over cooked tails and garnish with parsley before serving.
