Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lobster tails (about 6 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail without cutting through the meat. Gently pull apart the shell and lift the lobster meat above it.
  3. In a small bowl, melt butter and mix in minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush half of the butter mixture over each lobster tail.
  5. Place the tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes until opaque and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 140°F/60°C).
  6. Drizzle remaining butter mixture over cooked tails and garnish with parsley before serving.
