Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp diced red onion
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumbers and slice them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds to create boats.
