Description

Stovetop Creamy Ground Beef Pasta is a quick, comforting dish that combines savory ground beef with tender pasta in a rich, creamy sauce—perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions until translucent; then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  2. Increase the heat slightly and add ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. In a separate pot, boil water and cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  4. Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream and Italian seasoning into the skillet. Simmer for about 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together until well-coated with sauce. Sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
