- 8 oz medium-width egg noodles
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the egg noodles in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
- In a large bowl, mix together cooked noodles, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, frozen vegetables, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
