- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Cool Whip or whipped cream
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- chopped nuts for topping (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into a 9×13 inch dish and bake for 10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool.
- 2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping gently.
- 3. Layer sliced bananas evenly over the cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining whipped topping on top of the bananas.
- 4. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the whipped topping and sprinkle with nuts if desired. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
