Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Cool Whip or whipped cream
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • chopped nuts for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into a 9×13 inch dish and bake for 10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool.
  2. 2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping gently.
  3. 3. Layer sliced bananas evenly over the cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining whipped topping on top of the bananas.
  4. 4. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the whipped topping and sprinkle with nuts if desired. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
