- 8 oz penne pasta
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and sear chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving one cup of pasta water.
- In the same skillet, lower heat and add cream cheese and chicken broth. Stir until creamy.
- Gradually mix in ranch seasoning and shredded cheese until melted.
- Slice cooked chicken, return it to the skillet with penne, and toss everything together. Add reserved pasta water as needed for extra creaminess.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
