Ingredients

  • Crushed chocolate cookies
  • Unsalted butter
  • Cream cheese
  • Granulated sugar
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Green food coloring
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed cookies with melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in chopped mint and vanilla extract.
  3. Fold in whipped cream and adjust food coloring to desired shade.
