- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into cupcake liners in a muffin tin to form the crust.
- Bake the crusts for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, orange juice, and zest; mix until fully combined.
- Pour the filling into each baked crust, filling about three-quarters full.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes until just set around the edges.
- Cool completely at room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
- Top with whipped cream and extra orange zest before serving.
