Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos in a zip-top bag until finely ground.
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized egg shapes and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt chocolate melts with coconut oil until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled egg-shaped ball in melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, then roll in sprinkles.
