  • 1 lb large shrimp (fresh or frozen)
  • 1.5 lbs new potatoes
  • 4 ears of sweet corn (cut in half)
  • 1 lb Andouille sausage (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 4 quarts water
  • 2 tbsp salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water. Chop sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a rolling boil. Add salt and Old Bay seasoning.
  3. Add potatoes to the boiling water; cook for 10-12 minutes until fork-tender.
  4. Stir in sausage and corn; boil for another 5-7 minutes.
  5. Finally, add shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes until they turn pink.
  6. Drain the mixture and spread on a newspaper-lined table. Squeeze lemon juice over before serving.
