- 1/4 cup nut butter (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
- Add rolled oats, blueberries, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and nut butter (if using). Stir until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan and press down gently.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown around the edges and firm in the center.
- Let cool completely before lifting out using parchment paper. Cut into squares and enjoy!
