  • 1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash berries gently under cold water and pat dry. Slice strawberries and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine blueberries, sliced strawberries, raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice; toss gently.
  4. Roll out half of the pie crust into a circle and fit it into a pie pan.
  5. Pour the berry mixture into the crust. Roll out the remaining dough and cut into star shapes; arrange on top.
  6. Brush with egg wash and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
