  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
