  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 34 breasts)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika (smoked preferred)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Set up three shallow bowls: one with seasoned flour, another with beaten eggs, and the last with panko mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
  3. Cut chicken breasts into strips. Dip each strip in flour, then egg, and finally coat thoroughly in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange the coated strips on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. While baking, prepare the creamy mustard dip by mixing Dijon mustard, sour cream or Greek yogurt, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
