- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika (smoked preferred)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up three shallow bowls: one with seasoned flour, another with beaten eggs, and the last with panko mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
- Cut chicken breasts into strips. Dip each strip in flour, then egg, and finally coat thoroughly in panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the coated strips on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While baking, prepare the creamy mustard dip by mixing Dijon mustard, sour cream or Greek yogurt, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
