  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary (chopped)

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  4. Pour in Broth & Seasonings: Add vegetable broth to cover ingredients. Stir in thyme, rosemary, soy sauce or tamari, and red pepper flakes if desired. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Cook Until Comforting: Allow the stew to simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir occasionally for flavor infusion.
