 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
 - 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
 - 4 sprigs fresh thyme

 - Add chicken breasts and minced garlic; cook until chicken is lightly browned (about 3-4 minutes).

 - Stir in rice; cover pot and simmer for about 20 minutes until rice is tender.
