Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz smoked kielbasa, sliced
  • 4 cups green cabbage, chopped
  • 2 cups Yukon Gold potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  5. Pour in chicken broth to cover ingredients by about an inch; bring to a gentle boil.
  6. Reduce heat to simmer for 25-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
