  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 croissants, cubed
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Spread croissant cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
