  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a skillet or crockpot on the sauté setting, brown the ground beef or sausage for about 5-7 minutes. Add chopped onion and minced garlic until softened.
  2. Stir in canned diced tomatoes and beef broth, mixing until combined.
  3. Sprinkle Italian seasoning into the mixture and stir well.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, add broken lasagna noodles and mozzarella cheese to the pot. Stir until mixed thoroughly.
